Ready-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Transit time depends on destination and shipping method:

• GCC countries: 6–8 days (land/air)
• Iran: 20–35 days (depending on route)
• Africa & South Asia: varies by air vs sea freight

All three. We work with multiple freight forwarders and choose the best method based on your destination, urgency, and budget. Sea freight is cheapest for large container orders; air is fastest for urgent smaller shipments.

Yes, for select destinations we can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where we handle customs clearance. For other destinations, we ship EXW or FOB Sharjah and you arrange the rest. We'll discuss the best option based on your country.

For most shipments, customs clearance and import duties at the destination are the buyer's responsibility. We provide all necessary export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin). For DDP shipments, customs is included in our quote.

Yes. We strongly recommend shipping insurance for international orders, especially sea freight. We can arrange coverage with reliable insurance providers at competitive rates. Add it to your proforma request.

Every Refurbished product comes with a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects, component failures, and any functional issue not caused by misuse.

Grade A++ at UAEPC means the device is in like-new condition — no visible cosmetic flaws, fully functional, professionally tested and cleaned. To a buyer, it's indistinguishable from a brand-new unit.

A++: No visible marks, looks new.
A+: Very minor surface marks visible only on very close inspection. Functionally identical. Slightly lower price.

We do NOT sell Grade B, C, or D — only A++ and A+.

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos/video of the issue. Under our 60-day warranty, we either repair, replace, or refund. We respond within 24 hours.

Yes — 100% of devices are tested. Our QA process includes BIOS verification, display inspection, keyboard/touchpad testing, battery health check, RAM/storage diagnostics, port testing, camera/audio verification, cosmetic inspection, and final OS install.

We're transparent. If our assessment differs from the standard A++/A+ description, we disclose it on the proforma invoice before you pay. If you receive a unit that doesn't match the agreed grade, we'll refund or replace it.

Batteries are wear items, but we test every laptop battery before shipping and document its health percentage. Batteries below 70% capacity are replaced or disclosed before sale. Sudden battery failure within 60 days is covered.

Yes. Devices ship with genuine licensed Windows 10/11 Pro by default. MacBooks come with macOS, Chromebooks with Chrome OS. Linux or no-OS options are available on request.

Yes. Every monitor ships with its original or compatible stand and the necessary power cable. Display cables (HDMI/DisplayPort/VGA) are usually included; please specify if you need a particular cable type.

Every monitor passes a full-screen pixel scan and backlight uniformity test. Grade A++ has zero dead pixels. Grade A+ may have at most 1 stuck pixel in a non-prominent area, disclosed before shipping.
